• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor
• Position Title: Project Manager (Building Construction / HDB Projects)
• Working Location: Depend on the project site
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone Allowance + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project to ensure progress, cost, quality, safety, health, and environmental standards are met.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for products, processes, and systems.
• Manage and lead staff to meet project requirements.
• Control the construction workforce.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients, client representatives, and authorities, and handle professional correspondence when needed.
• Coordinate with clients and client representatives on technical and design issues, including scope of work, variations (VOs), extensions of time (EOT), and others.
• Provide periodic reports to management on project status, including progress, cost, quality, and safety.
• Ensure the completed project is handed over to the client on time.
• Act as Chairman of the Safety & Health Committee and Safety & Health Coordination Committee and participate in their monthly and periodic meetings.
• Ensure key policy information, risks, and control measures are regularly communicated to employees, subcontractors, and other parties, with support from the Safety & Health Committee and other relevant teams.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying, recognized by the relevant professional institutions or the Building and Construction Authority.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction industry, with experience in managing HDB projects
• Accreditation by the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) under the Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) as either a Class A or A-Star professional is an advantage
• Completed Design for Safety Appreciation Course and Registered Architects Supervisor Course
