About the Job

Project Manager to lead Building and A&A works across ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Building and A&A works

• Plan, coordinate, and control project schedule, cost, quality, and safety

• Manage and guide the project team, including Project Engineers and site staff

• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities

• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and work programmes

• Ensure full compliance with WSH regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company standards

• Manage works in live operational environments, including phased execution and night works where required

• Chair and attend project, coordination, and progress meetings

• Monitor project risks, resolve technical and site issues, and implement mitigation measures

• Oversee progress reporting, variation management, and project handover

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Proven experience managing Building and A&A works as a Project Manager
