Project Manager (ACMV)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (ACMV) to oversee and manage building services projects.

📍 Location: Woodlands
💰 Salary: Up to $8,000
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📌 Work Arrangement: 50% office / 50% site-based role

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ACMV project execution from planning to completion
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical/site issues
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV project management
• Possess BCSS / WSHMCI certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems and site coordination
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage both office planning and on-site supervision work
