Job Description

• Project Planning: Creating detailed roadmaps that define the project’s scope, milestones, and required resources.
• Team Leadership: Assembling and motivating a cross-functional team, assigning tasks based on individual strengths.
• Budget & Cost Control: Estimating financial requirements and monitoring spending to ensure the project remains profitable or within its allocated funds.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential roadblocks early and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary link between the project team an external clients or internal senior management.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the final deliverables meet the standards and requirements specified at the project's start

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess mandatory legal certifications required by MOM & BCA for managing physical construction sites.
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Filed.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of experience managing construction sites in Singapore.
• Exhibit digital fluency and strategic leadership skills essential for effective project management
