Job Description

1. Responsible for the successful project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s expectation, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.

2. Full time supervisions on onsite projects operations and project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within the resources allocated.

3. Liaise with clients, consultants, main-contractors and relevant authorities on design, work progress, quality, safety and schedules.

4. Handle multiple daily onsite operations involving preparing onsite detailed shop drawings for onsite discussions.

5. Supervise all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

6. Determine arrangement for daily operation like the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower.

7. Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

8. Handle site meetings, inspecting, monitoring and reporting of project progress.

9. Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities or landlords for construction sites.

10. Analyse the actual performance against the project target.

11. Review and redesign work flows and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks.

12. Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.

13. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Operations Director.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering field or equivalent with construction safety course certificates i.e. BCSS, Construction Safety Course for Project Manager, Risk Management, etc.

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in managing construction teams for projects in Singapore.

3. Well versed with construction materials, local codes and regulations.

Proficient at AutoCAD and MS Office.

4. Extensive work experience managing onsite operations for full scope interior projects.

5. Detail oriented and particular in drawing coordination of MEPF services.

6. Strong organizational, time management and verbal and written communication skills.

7. Dynamic and result-oriented individual with a proven record.

Salary and job title commensurate according to relevance of work experience and qualification. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Project Manager role.
