Job Description:
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Managers to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure project objectives are met. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
●      Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
●      Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
●      Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
●      Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
●      Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders.
●      Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. ●      Manage project communication, including status updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder briefings.
●      Identify and resolve project conflicts and escalate issues as necessary.
●      Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
●      Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
●      Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
●      Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
●      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
●      Ability to effectively manage project risks, issues, and conflicts.
●      Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
●      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
●      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
●      Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
●      Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
●      Experience in Singapore Government projects.
●      Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
