We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in consultation with stakeholders .

- Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

- Time Management: Set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and mitigate delays to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

- Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards, ensure testing and validation processes are in place, and implement corrective measures as needed.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans to minimize impact.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project elements, including contracts, plans, financial statements, and communications.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or construction.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience in Singapore.

- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.

- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
