Project Planning & Coordination

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
• Lead project team to complete project within schedule
• Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
• Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.

Requirements:

• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
• Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
• Office proficient in (AutoCAD/ Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Project)
• Fluent in English, both written & spoken
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
