Job Description:

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to completion

• Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource plans

• Review and manage variation orders (VO), claims, and final accounts

• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on cost estimation and procurement

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Resolve technical and contractual issues effectively

• Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all disciplines

• Review technical drawings, method statements, and construction plans

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and WSH requirements

• Maintain quality standards in line with project specification

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction
