Job Summary

Lead project teams to deliver construction projects on schedule and within scope, ensuring quality and compliance. Manage tender preparation and leverage experience in Electrical Load Upgrading or HDB Home Improvement Programme projects to enhance project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to plan, coordinate, and complete construction projects on or before scheduled deadlines
• Prepare and write detailed tender submissions to secure project contracts
• Demonstrate responsibility and diligence in managing project deliverables and team performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Degree recognized by the PE Board or Diploma holder
• Experience with Electrical Load Upgrading projects or HDB Home Improvement Programme projects is advantageous
