The Project Manager leads planning and operations to ensuretimely, quality project delivery. You will coordinate teams and subcontractors,manage costs and compliance, and oversee site activities to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project progress and maintain schedule adherence
• Lead teams to execute project operations according to schedule and specifications
• Control operational costs to ensure the project remains within budget
• Organize and maintain site document filing and records following ISO standards
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Monitor workplace safety and health regulations compliance on site
• Oversee quality control to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and regulations
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion deadlines
• Provide leadership to project management and construction teams to drive performance
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution
