Job Description
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee project management and demand communication for telecommunication-related projects. The role involves coordinating across departments, providing technical support, and ensuring successful project delivery while driving business value for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project demands and communications for telecommunication projects.
Provide timely technical support and solutions to resolve project-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and guide clients toward value creation. Participate in project demand and case reviews.
Oversee project implementation, including planning, team management, and progress reporting.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT roles; candidates with project management experience are preferred.
Strong interest in IT, willingness to learn, and good learning capability.
PMP certification is preferred.
