JUPITER BUILDER PTE LTD’s core business is the construction of new roads, drains, car parks, earthworks, and all other civil engineering related works. Main clients include HDB, LTA, URA, JTC, PUB, etc.
Job Summary
Lead and manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects by directing project teams and subcontractors, coordinating utilities diversion planning, and serving as the primary liaison with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams including site engineers and supervisors to execute infrastructure and civil engineering projects effectively
- Develop and implement advanced work plans for services and utilities diversion to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion
- Manage subcontractors by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, engineers, and government agencies (LTA, PUB, HDB, JTC), providing regular progress updates and addressing project issues
- Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations
- Work independently to oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
- Commit to working alternate Saturdays following a 3-month probation period
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board
