Job Scope / Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Control

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved scope and cost

2. Project Execution & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors

• Assign tasks and manage resources effectively

• Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards

3. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the main liaison between management, clients, and stakeholders

• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation

• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and project updates

4. Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Manage project changes using formal change-control procedures

• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues where necessary

5. Budget & Cost Management

• Track project expenditures and control costs

• Manage procurement and vendor payments where applicable

• Ensure efficient use of project resources

6. Documentation & Governance

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records

• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvements

7. Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to project team members

• Mentor junior staff when required

• Recommend improvements to project management processes

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage

Experience

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
