• Location: MacPherson

Key Responsibilities:

• Review technical specifications and ensure compliance.
• Lead client acceptance tests and oversee installation/commissioning.
• Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with sales teams.
• Provide remote technical support to customers and partners.
• Prepare documentation (safety plans, risk assessments, reports).
• Support new product development and manage customer feedback.
• Conduct training for distributors/agents to strengthen service quality.
• Perform on-site testing, commissioning, and training when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power theory, circuits, control systems, and power distribution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale technical projects across different geographies.
• Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage.
• Willing to travel 30–50% of the time (including occasional weekends).
