1. Project Manager (Electrical / M&E)

Salary Range: S$5,000 – S$7,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of planning, production, quality, delivery, and site execution for multiple projects

• Manage projects from proposal, design, production, installation to final handover

• Review confirmed orders and coordinate production schedules across departments

• Plan work processes and decide in-house production or outsourcing to vendors

• Liaise with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and authorities

• Lead engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Prepare project schedules, attend site meetings, and oversee site installation quality

• Control project cost, budget, materials, and timelines

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO procedures, and statutory requirements

• Handle variation orders, claims, final accounts, and defects rectification

• Support business development and report to Director

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or M&E related discipline

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical / M&E project management

• Able to manage multiple projects independently

• Good leadership and communication skills

2. Project Engineer (Electrical / M&E)

Salary Range: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects

• Prepare work schedules, work orders, drawings coordination, and site measurements

• Coordinate with production, QA, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Monitor site installation progress and quality of works

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or site-related issues

• Follow up on material delivery and installation schedules

• Assist in preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

• Follow up on rectification works during defects liability period

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or M&E related discipline

• 2–3 years’ experience in Electrical / M&E projects preferred

• Knowledge of site coordination and M&E works

• Good teamwork and communication skills
