Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• The PM for improvement works shall either be a registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications subject to the approval of the Superintending Officer or recommendation of Employer Representative. He / She shall possess at least 5 years relevant working experience and must be familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities’ approval.
