Brief Summary

Join the team as an IT Project Manager specializing in risk, governance, and compliance. This role focuses on delivering cybersecurity and compliance-related initiatives while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity and compliance-related projects, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, asset discovery, risk assessment, and governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, from initiation to closure.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Track project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate where necessary.

• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and management.

• Support IT risk assessment activities, including risk identification, analysis, and treatment planning.

• Coordinate governance and compliance activities aligned with recognised standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to assess controls and identify potential gaps.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders to support smooth project execution and delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in project management within IT risk, governance, or compliance functions.

• Knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk management practices.

• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity concept.
