COMPANY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor renowned for delivering landmark building construction projects across Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Building Department in a corporate HQ role, overseeing multiple large-scale developments and reporting directly to senior leadership on overall project performance and strategic execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee and monitor multiple building projects across various site teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and performance targets
• Coordinate with Project Directors, Construction Managers, and site leadership teams to track project progress, cost control, quality, and risk management
• Provide consolidated reporting to top management on project performance, key milestones, financial status, and critical risks
• Review and evaluate project schedules, resource allocation, procurement strategies, and cost forecasts
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies at a corporate level
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM, and other regulatory authorities across all assigned projects
• Support strategic planning, tender evaluation, and pre-construction coordination from a corporate oversight perspective
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes and governance frameworks
• Participate in high-level stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level updates

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Building Engineering
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in building construction, with at least 10 years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity within a Main Contractor
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or institutional developments in Singapore
• Strong understanding of corporate-level project governance, reporting structures, and risk management
• Familiarity with BCA, MOM, SCDF, and statutory compliance processes
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
