Job Summary:

As a Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers, you will lead and support building and civil construction projects, including institutional developments. You will manage project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

• Support project risk management and issue resolution

• Mentor and supervise junior staff (for Project Managers)

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years (Project Manager) or 5–10 years (Assistant Project Manager) of construction project experience

• Proven track record managing building or civil projects in Singapore

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Relevant engineering or construction qualification
