Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.

• Organize, assign, and monitor work activities within the team.

• Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

• Review outgoing correspondence from supervisors before submission to customers.

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, QA, Design) on delivery schedules, part shortages, and defective components.

• Review and justify purchase requisitions for materials and services.

• Support the development and implementation of new work instructions and forms to improve operational efficiency and quality.

• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installation teams.

• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining Installation Manuals and related documentation.

• Prepare and update Installation Check Records and ensure accurate documentation control.

• Manage the acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, Installation Check Records (ICR), and Quality Assurance documents (QADL) to installers.

• Enforce compliance with environmental policies, relevant regulations, and pollution prevention practices among subcontractors and supervisors.

• Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, including conducting safety inspections, patrols, and coordination meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
