We are seeking a results-driven Project Management Lead to step up & lead the end-to-end delivery of diverse construction projects. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong foundation in site coordination, subcontractor management, and technical project governance.

The Opportunity: You will manage the full project lifecycle—from initial scope definition and planning through to final installation and handover. You will be the bridge between client expectations and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Governance: Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring strict compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.

• Subcontractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors; write detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and oversee on-site performance.

• Technical Planning: Utilize AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project to develop realistic schedules, identify resource dependencies, and resolve technical clashes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective reporting channels for customers and internal executive management to provide timely updates on milestones and risks.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all works meet industry standards and local building regulations through rigorous site inspections and audits.

The Ideal Profile:

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in Construction Project Management or Civil/Mechanical Engineering projects. Proven Track Record: We welcome candidates with much more experience who are looking for a stable, long-term role).

• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM (or equivalent).

• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Building, Construction Management, or Engineering.
