Job Description

·      We are seeking a highly skilled Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Prototype Programs with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation.

·       This role will be instrumental in accelerating product development, ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams, and delivering successful product launches that drive measurable business outcomes. 

 Key Responsibilities::

·        Lead End-to-End Program Delivery for NPI and prototype initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives. 

·      Develop and manage Program Plans, Governance Frameworks, project schedules, and executive reporting mechanisms. 

·      Collaborate with Cross-Functional Global Teams including Business, Engineering, Product Management, Partners, and Channel Organizations across Singapore, India, and Europe. 

·      Translate business requirements into actionable Delivery Roadmaps using a Data-Driven and AI-Informed approach. 

·      Identify and manage Risks, Dependencies, Issues, and Escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies. 

·      Track program health through KPIs, Milestones, Dashboards, and Executive Reporting. 

·      Drive effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and transparency across geographically distributed teams. 

·      Champion Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, and innovation-led delivery practices.

·      Exposure to Product Commercialization and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives 

·      Experience working with Partner Ecosystems and Channel Operations
