Project Executive (Manpower Operations & Recruitment)

Employment Type: Contract basis (up to 2 years)

Role:

Support manpower operations and recruitment for membership recruitment projects.Responsible for staff coordination, deployment, attendance tracking, reporting,and ensuring operational and PDPA-compliant practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, briefing, and deployment of frontline staff
• Prepare manpower schedules and rosters
• Monitor daily attendance and resolve manpower issues
• Track recruitment and operational performance and prepare reports
• Conduct site visits and regular compliance reviews to ensure adherence to PDPA and operational standards
• Communicate compliance guidelines, expectations, and consequences clearly to recruiters
• Verify timesheets and upport payroll administration
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manpower operations, recruitment, HR administration, or project coordination
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience in scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting preferred
• Good understanding of PDPA requirements and ability to enforce compliant practices
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
