Project Executive

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000 per month
Contract Duration: 1 year
Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Time-off in lieu will be provided for work performed outside normal working hours.

Requirements

• Degree in building-related or relevant disciplines. Candidates with other relevant qualifications (e.g. Diploma) or fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in project management for building, upgrading, or maintenance works.
• Knowledge or exposure to quantity surveying, contract management, or mechanical & electrical engineering is advantageous but not required.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects, including fitting-out, upgrading, and cyclical maintenance works.
• Represent the organisation in liaising with project stakeholders and relevant parties.
• Plan and establish project timelines and monitor progress.
• Conduct preliminary site surveys and assessments.
• Coordinate communication and engagement with end-users.
• Procure consultancy services and building, maintenance, or fitting-out works as required.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Ensure proper project documentation and obtain relevant internal approvals.
• Process payments to appointed consultants and contractors and perform related administrative tasks.
• Attend to audit queries when required.
• Review work processes and policies to improve project delivery.
