• To work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure that the best suppliers/vendors are selected for all clients’ projects

• To look for resources and have close communications and negotiations to ensure that client requirements, quality of deliverables and deadlines are met within the given project budget

• Quality control on deliverables - To perform checks on e-learning courses, website, print materials and document bugs for implementation

• Supporting the Project Managers with multiple ongoing projects at different phases e.g. client review, translation stage, DTP etc

• Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by Project Management department & Senior Management

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
• Minimum Diploma level and above
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Proficient in MS Office
• Multitask and prioritize your tasks based on deadlines
• Organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple multilingual projects and QA tasks
• To ensure that all deadlines and deliveries are met and Purchase Orders are raised on time
• Sense of urgency and taking ownership/responsibility of tasks
• Proactive communication with the Project Management Team
