Project Executive

Job Description & Requirements Basic Salary: $3300- 4500 Working hours: 8:30am-6pm (Monday to Saturday)
Location: TampiTampines Responsibilities • Working out bill of quantities, prepare calculation reports (eg, Dialux, Relux –will be taught, if no experience), product specification sheets and all related project support duties. • Liaise with suppliers & customers and monitor materials, site delivery orders and installation process. • Attend site meetings to co-ordinate with consultants, developers and contractors. • Enjoy working on a few projects at any one time with the ability to manage timelines and people. Requirements • Min. NTC2 or Diploma in Mechanical &/or Engineering or QS shall apply. • Experience in construction/ engineeeng project industry or related M&E is a bonus. • Must have initiative; be able to think out of the box & enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
