Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project / NPI Management
Manage end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including build-to-print and customized components
Track and monitor First Article (FA) orders and project milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions
Translate new requirements into clear, actionable tasks for cross-functional teams
Prepare and maintain project status reports, including timelines, risks, and key deliverables
Coordinate closely with Sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and project closure
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and workflows
Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform data analysis and reporting, including development of dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL)
Identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and decision-making
Quotation & Commercial Support
Support the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive quotations
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on costing, lead time, and technical feasibility
Additional Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis on project or data-related issues
Support customer site visits, technical discussions, and presentations
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives as required
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in:
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Inside Sales / Quotation / Order Management
Project coordination or engineering support roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
Exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is preferred
Knowledge of optical components / precision engineering is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
