PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site-co-ordination meetings.
2. Strong manages a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.
3. Strict monitoring work progresses, qualities, productivities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, qualities, productivities and within quantities.
4. Enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and subcontractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
5. Able to resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and any related third parties.
6. Responsible to prepare shop drawings, "AS-BUILT” drawings and Materials Bill of Quantities required for the project.
7. Implementation, good planning and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
8. Implementation of Testing & Commissioning plan.
9. Responsible to keep track, monitor and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials and “AS-BUILT” drawings.
10. To co-ordinate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and resolve any clashes prior to construction.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma Engineering / ITC Certificate in related trades with 3 – 5 years experiences.
2. Entry Level candidates with Degree qualification may apply.
3. Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Course and any other WSH related certificates.
4. MEP design experiences will be advantage.
5. Must be a team player with perseverance, diligent and with initiatives.
