• Position Title: Project Engineer (M&E – ACMV)
• Working Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and oversee a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate work and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure construction progress is on schedule.
• Enforce quality control and safety management protocols.
• Keep site staff and subcontractors updated on approved materials and the latest drawings.
• Coordinate different trades on-site to ensure smooth execution.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building installation works.
• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply; Training will be provided.
