Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Control

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and coordinate mitigation actions to avoid delays.

• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Resource & Manpower Planning

• Plan and allocate manpower resources efficiently to enhance operational productivity.

• Review and check material take-off and material lists against project requirements to avoid shortages or surplus.

• Coordinate manpower drafting and deployment schedules in line with project needs and site progress.

Technical & Engineering Support

• Possess fundamental HVAC design knowledge to support project execution and technical coordination.

• Prepare and perform simple engineering sketches and drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Review, justify, and verify technical specifications for major HVAC equipment and systems, including both water-side and air-side components.

• Assist in technical evaluations, submissions, and coordination related to HVAC works.

Documentation, Reporting & Contract Understanding

• Prepare and submit pre-construction and post-construction reports.

• Consolidate and compile project documentation including:

  • Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM)

  • Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reports

• Understand, review, and summarise project contracts and tender specifications to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation control and support project handover activities.

Software & Tools

• Able to utilise Autodesk software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit), Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and other project-related software effectively for coordination, planning, and reporting purposes.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC / ACMV / MEP project execution.

• Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems (water-side and air-side).

• Able to prepare simple sketches/drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

• Familiar with Autodesk software, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and project-related tools.

• Able to understand and summarise project contracts, tender and technical specifications.

• Good coordination, documentation skills, and ability to work independently on site and office tasks
