Job Description

Liaise with Consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion of projects
Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for tender/submission with target dates
Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectives
Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during the construction of projects
Able to deal with PE and C&S consultants, e.g., understand C&S drawing and spec for building, propose structure VE, review structure design and calculation by C&S consultant

Minimum 3 - 10 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering Projects, preferably with MRT project experience
Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on-site
Knowledge of LTA regulations
A recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Proficient in AUTOCAD and Civil and Structural Engineering software applications
Positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible
Able to start work immediately
