Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of cable laying projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key developments, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper installation and handling of cables installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including cable protection, trenching, and traffic management.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any project-related issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of cable laying works.
• Lead and mentor junior coordinators and site teams, providing guidance and technical expertise where needed.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate have cable laying experience with pavement certificate will be an advantage.
