.Supervise project team and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their works on time as per agreed.

· Liase with Client, Consultants and Project team for planning, executive and completion of projects.

· Manage and supervise the team of technical staff and subcontractors carry out maintenance services, schedules, improvement works . To make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules and safety complied.

· Leading monthly meetings and submission of routine reports.

· Oversea and overall responsible for works carried out by Junior Supervisors assigned.

· Responsible for keeping daily work schedule.

· Attend regular meetings with client , supplier and sub-contractors.

· Analyze, manage and track projects costs against budget
