Job Description

Job Summary:
Carry out installation and commissioning work of company products in accordance with company requirements. Coordinate with various internal departments and external subcontractors to ensure that work executed meets the quality standards and specifications required by customers to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects assigned. Perform all aspects of installation, testing and commissioning of equipment to ensure that work executed is in compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.

Job Description:
.   Own and manage assigned project scope to meet internal targets and client expectations for quality, cost, schedule, and safety.

.   Develop and maintain detailed execution plans aligned with overall project milestones.

.   Prevent Liquidated Damages (LD) exposure through proactive schedule and risk management.

.   Escalate risks early with mitigation plans.

.   Translate contract scope into executable work packages.

.   Plan installation sequencing, work fronts, and subcontractor deployment.

.   Monitor installed quantities vs. budgeted quantities.

.   Track manpower productivity against planned norms.

.   Identify cost overruns early and implement corrective actions.

. Manage installation budget at package level.

. Monitor project cash flow, WIP, DP, and progressive billing.

. Prepare cost variance analysis and cash flow projections.

. Proactively manage scope changes, variations, and claims.

. Protect project margin through disciplined scope control and documentation.

. Coordinate with Sales, Design (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical), Procurement, Production, Installation, and Materials team.

. Ensure drawings, materials, and technical submissions are released in line with site requirements.

. Close technical gaps before impacting installation works.

. Support pre-tender installation costing and preliminary scheduling.

. Lead subcontractor coordination and performance management.

. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and work procedures.

. Conduct bi-weekly site coordination meetings.

. Ensure work is executed according to IFC drawings and approved documentation.

. Resolve site technical issues promptly to avoid delay or rework.

. Ensure latest revisions of drawings are used on site.

. Conduct periodic site checks to verify compliance with quality standards.

. Drive punch list closure and corrective actions.

. Implement preventive measures to minimize rework.

. Review and approve WSH documentation including Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Safe Work Procedure, Fall Prevention Plan, Lifting Plan, and Permit to Work.

. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health regulations.

. Enforce subcontractor adherence to EHS standards.

. Promote a zero-incident safety culture.

. Maintain accurate and structured project documentation (RFIs, variation logs, site instructions, minutes of meeting).

. Maintain proper filing system and database integrity.

. Preserve records to support extension of time (EOT) and defend against claims.

. Ensure all configuration-controlled documents are current and traceable.

. Maintain professional working relationships with Main Contractor, Consultant, Owner, and site stakeholders.

. Communicate schedule updates, site constraints, and change impacts clearly.

. Safeguard company reputation through disciplined execution and responsiveness.

· To comply with all relevant EHS legal and other requirements associated with the job functions and responsibilities.

· To comply with all EHS requirements affecting the operations, including those affecting the customers, suppliers and contractors supplying and serving the departments.

· To participate in EHS program.

. To follow the EHS procedures and work instructions.

Qualification:
·      Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.

·      WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH.

·      Manage Work At Height.

Experience:

·     Minimum 5 years of working experiences in engineering projects.

·     Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·     Good team player with ability to work independently.

·     Working experience in a diverse cultural environment.

·     Quality management system (QMS) fundamental & experience.

·     Able to work at height.
