Job Description
Key Duties
· Plan, monitor and execute fabrication projects from start to completion
· Develop construction drawings, methodologies, procedures, engineering calculations and risk assessments
· Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) lists and coordinate vendor selection with procurement
· Plan and arrange resources for project execution
· Develop inspection plans with QA/QC and coordinate third-party inspections
· Track fabrication progress with production and report to stakeholders
· Manage site queries and ensure daily activities meet HSE standards
Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering (Marine / Offshore related)
· Minimum 2 years of Steel Fabrication experience preferred
· Proficient in 2D AutoCAD (3D modelling a plus), MS Office and MS Project
· Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, fabrication standards and classification rules
· Knowledge of steel material properties (grade, thickness, EN standards)
· Knowledge of welding processes: SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW
· Familiar with project management processes and engineering calculations
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
