Job Summary

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth progress. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage scheduling, cost control, and prepare reports and quotations based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance projects to meet technical and regulatory standards
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Schedule construction works, requisition materials, control costs, and supervise projects to maintain compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently
• Monitor site progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety regulations
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and updates for management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Develop quotations based on site briefings, project scope, technical requirements, and site conditions
• Collaborate effectively as a team player and demonstrate leadership abilities to support project success
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and organizational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in public and private residential, government, and commercial building projects
• Relevant technical knowledge of structural and architectural works
