Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and familiarize with assigned project requirements.
2. Define, request, negotiate, and deploy the right resources within project timeline and budget.
3. Plan, organize, and schedule project activities in coordination with internal and external parties.
4. Coordinate and liaise on technical matters related to products, systems, and installations.
5. Initiate and attend meetings, actively participating in all project-related discussions.
6. Monitor and control on-site and off-site project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
7. Prepare and provide progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Conduct testing based on project requirements.
9. Execute project cost estimates diligently and ensure overall project profitability.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
2. Hands-on experience with Auto-CAD.
3. Knowledge of network and system design.
4. Experience in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fence Intrusion Detection System) or in Building/Industry Automation.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
