Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements while complying with WSH standards.

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Technical, Materials, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, records, and meeting minutes.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site stakeholders on project progress and changes.

• Ensure installation teams and subcontractors comply with approved scope, quality, and EHS requirements.

• Monitor project budget, cash flow, and progress claims; prepare cost and variance reports as required.

• Review and approve WSH documents to ensure safe site operations.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial Equipment and Machineries project management including 1 year of Supervisory experience
• Quality Management Systems (QMS) fundamental & experience
