Job Summary

You will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction site activities to ensure projects meet design, specification, and installation standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project documentation for timely, quality completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with the project team to ensure work progresses according to schedule and project requirements
• Supervise and monitor site activities to verify compliance with design, specifications, and installation standards
• Liaise effectively with owners, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project progression and timely completion
• Attend site meetings to identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery
• Prepare detailed site progress reports to document project status and challenges
• Maintain accurate contract and project documentation to support project management and compliance
• Manage project tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of Fire Protection systems and standards
