Job Description

Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, schedules, and correspondence
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, developing mitigation strategies as required
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving
Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to verify compliance with project specifications and standards
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
Support the project manager in resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management
Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Maintain accurate records and databases for project information and deliverables

Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management within related fields
Proficient in Project Management, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Security Systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented attitude
Willing and able to travel overseas, particularly Batam Indonesia, to support project execution, site coordination, client meetings, inspections, and other project-related activities as required.
