Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their QS Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North / East area.

Duties of Quantity Surveyor:

• Review contracts, measurements, and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Handle progress claims, variations, and liaise with clients.
• Source and compare quotations, prepare tender pricing.
• Monitor budgets and update management on project matters.
• Verify subcontractor/supplier claims and process payment certifications.
• Attend site and progress meetings, and follow up during the defects liability period.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering
• Min 3 years of Quantity Survey experience in roadwork
• Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
