• Position Title: Project Coordinator
• Working Location: Orchard
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily project activities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Support project documentation, filing, and basic reporting duties.
• Liaise with team members and assist in communication between departments when required.
• Help track project progress and update status as directed.
• Perform basic administrative and coordination tasks for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out according to company procedures and guidelines.
• Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office applications.
