Key Responsibilities:

• To support and execute marine engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, progress, and risk management activities.

• Oversee on-site work progress and prepare periodic departmental progress reports.

• Manage project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

• To support verification that proposed equipment complies with technical specifications and Class requirements. Assist the Senior PC in monitoring key equipment procurement, delivery milestones and report any delays or risks.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and engineering documents to clients, consultants, and vendors.

• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsthroughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in a marine or shipyard environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

• A team player with a problem-solving attitude.
