Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate with sub contractors for all project matters
• Communicate with clients and manage their expectations
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients.
• Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team
• Ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Experience in site co-ordination and project management
• Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision needed
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Able to start work within short notice
