• Receive and log enquiry: Capture client details, project scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Initial response: Acknowledge receipt and schedule a preliminary call or meeting.
• Prepare questions: Clarify objectives, constraints, and any special requirements.

Site Survey

• Schedule site visit: Coordinate with client and internal team.
• Conduct survey: Assess site conditions, take measurements, photos, and note potential challenges.
• Document findings: Create a detailed site report with observations and recommendations.

Quotation & Proposal

• Draft quote: Include itemized costs, timelines, and scope of work.
• Review internally: Ensure pricing and terms are accurate and competitive.
• Send proposal: Attach quote, scope document, and terms & conditions.
• Follow up: Confirm receipt and address any questions or revisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Document Submission

• Prepare required documents: Contracts, insurance, permits, technical drawings, etc.
• Submit to client or relevant authorities: Ensure compliance and proper formatting.
• Track approvals: Maintain a checklist of submitted items and their status.

Project Follow-Up

• Kick-off meeting: Align expectations and confirm timelines.
• Monitor progress: Regular updates, site visits, and client check-ins.
• Issue progress reports: Share milestones, challenges, and next steps.
• Close-out: Final inspection, handover documents, and client feedback.

Job Requirements:

• ‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in security system installation will be a plus point.
