Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, progress, and site activities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, work schedules, and submissions.
• Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Attend site meetings and maintain proper records of project updates.
• Track project costs, variations, and work progress.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Support Project Manager in daily project coordination and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in construction, M&E, or fire protection works preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems will be an added advantage.
