• Position Title: Project Co-ordinator
• Working Location: Islandwide, Office at Tampines
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon- Fri: 9AM – 6PM, Sat: 9AM – 1PM)
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and delivering security system projects.
• Coordinate project implementation and execution according to company commitments, client requirements, and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams before and after project implementation.
• Prepare and revise shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant project coordination or security system experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel islandwide if required
