Job Description:

• Documentation: Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Admin Support: Assist project managers with scheduling, meetings, and daily tasks.
• Coordination: Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Procurement: Help with material orders, deliveries, and vendor tracking.
• Cost Tracking: Support budget monitoring, invoice processing, and claims.
• Compliance: Ensure safety and quality records are up to date.
• Scheduling: Assist with timelines, milestone tracking, and project updates.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to learn and problem solver.
• At least 1-2 years past experience in administrative role.
