Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with the project team to issue invoices.
• Receive and process all supplier invoices for approval.
• Tally diesel usage (company vehicles/excavators) against diesel purchased from vendors.
• Prepare and review the Accounts Receivable list in coordination with the Accounts Department.
• Send monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
• Update payment records upon receiving or making payments and input transactions into Excel.
• Print and store records on the server.
• Monitor vehicle GPS and billing systems (Tracksolid).
• Source and request quotations from suppliers (minimum of 3 quotations per request).
• Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and other clerical duties.
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, be a team player, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon to Fri), 8:30am to 12:30pm (Sat) - 5.5 Days
